Holiday home to the rich and famous, Gstaad is one of the world’s most exclusive resorts. If you are looking for a luxurious resort in one of Switzerland’s oldest villages, with a great variety of exclusive shopping opportunities then Gstaad is the place for you.

The extensive terrain accessed by Gstaad is spread across six independent ski regions and opens up more than 250km of skiing, with 67 individual pistes and a network of 20 lifts. Included in this is the Glacier 3000 - the only glacial area in the Bernese Oberland - with guaranteed winter enjoyment from October until the beginning of May.Gstaad boasts to be one of the safest and largest skiing areas in Switzerland. The vast and varied terrain means that Gstaad offers excellent skiing for all levels.

The Wispile has some lovely, gentle areas that are perfect for the cautious beginner. There are numerous wide open trails throughout the six regions and many of these offers stunning scenery and tree-lined skiing – perfect for the relaxed intermediate.

There are a few black runs, and some mogul fields, as well as extensive off-piste possibilities and even heli-sking options for those look for the ultimate challenges.
