Annual multi trip ski insurance
Annual Multi trip ski insurance policies are specifically designed to cover any trips you book or make during the 1 calendar year that the policy is in force. They are suitable for single travellers, couples or families and cover all ages from children through to skiers and boarders who are aged up to 74. Those travellers aged 90 or older can be covered under a single trip ski insurance so call 0330 880 5099 for options.
An annual multi trip ski insurance policy is not designed exclusively as a skiing insurance or snowboarding insurance. The winter sport insurance has been "loaded" to include the risk associated with a wide range of activities including x-country skiing, tobogganing and ice skating. If you wish to partake in higher risk wintersports activities such as Ski Touring or Heliskiing then give us a call as we do have options available for a small additional premium.
Remember as well the ski holiday insurance is designed for any travel undertaken during a calendar year so make sure the ski insurance policy covers any other activities you plan to do during the summer holidays or any weekend breaks. Please ensure that you review the activities table associated with each ski travel insurance at the quote stage to ensure that the activities you wish to partake in are covered.
The Annual multi trip travel insurance policies we feature are sourced from a number of underwriters in order to give true choice and variety. Each will differ slightly in terms of levels of ski cover and this in turn will determine the price. The prices shown on our site is the full price for the policy and includes the insurance premium tax which is charged at 20% by the Government.
It is important to purchase your ski insurance as soon as your holiday is booked as the policy will provide protection should you need to cancel your holiday in advance of going away. Make sure the policy has sufficient levels of cancellation cover should the need arise. Often we hear of clients choosing the cheapest insurance option available and then being out of pocket when they came to claim as they had paid for a holiday far in excess of the limits of the policy. Also ensure that you purchase a policy which will cover all the destinations you wish to travel too as the rates are more expensive the further afield you travel. Pay attention to the policy wordings especially with regard to countries in North Africa as many such as Morocco and Egypt are covered as part of Europe and in this case its not worth mistakenly paying more for.
When making your choice of policy make sure that you choose a policy which has the right levels of cover for baggage and ski equipment. If you are taking lots of gear and you wanted it covered, then you will have to pay slightly more. Think about your summer holidays as well. Will you take more or less?
The website has been designed in such a way as to make the results pages easy to read in order to make an informed choice.
